Kickd is built in Shellharbour on the NSW South Coast. There is no support desk and no ticket queue — you get Brett or Michelle, usually within one business day. Coaches, club committees, associations and parents all reach us the same way.
Coaches
Something not working on game day, or a stat your sport needs that we do not log yet? Tell us the sport and the age group. A good share of what is in Kickd came from a coach emailing to ask for it.
Clubs & associations
Tell us how many teams and which sports and we will come back with a plan and a price. We load your teams and send the coach invites for you — that is included, not an onboarding fee. See club pricing.
Parents & players
Kickd is free for you and always will be. If a join code is not working or you cannot see your child’s team, email us with the team and club name. For privacy questions, start with the privacy policy.

I am a coach and something is not working. What should I do?
Email hello@kickd.au and say which sport, which age group and what happened. If it involves a specific match, the date and the opponent are enough to find it. Do not send screenshots of children unless you need to.
I run a club or an association. Who do I talk to?
Use the form and say how many teams and which sports. Club plans are priced per sport and cover every team in the club; associations and carnivals are quoted individually because team counts and formats vary too much for a price on a page.
I am a parent and I cannot see my child’s team.
Your coach shares a join code from inside the app, and that code is what links you to the team. If the code is not working, email hello@kickd.au with your child’s team name and club and we will sort it out.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Email hello@kickd.au from the address on the account, or use the account deletion page at kickd.au/requestdeleteinfo, which sets out exactly what is removed and what is kept.
