Voice logging is included in every Kickd plan — there is nothing extra to buy. It works on the phone or tablet mic and on any Bluetooth headset. What holds up once the sideline gets loud is a boom mic close to your mouth — any Bluetooth headset with one. We test with a Shokz OpenComm 2, but the boom is what matters, not the brand. Our own test — the same 40 calls, quiet and then with a live broadcast playing two metres away:

Which sports does Kickd Callout support?

It works at every age group: junior teams hear the shorter vocabulary their age actually records, and senior grades get the full advanced set — down to a hockey penalty corner or stroke, or a water polo 5m penalty, logged in one breath.
How much does Kickd Callout cost?
Nothing extra — voice logging is included in every Kickd plan, and there is no voice add-on to buy. What changes with your plan is the vocabulary. On a Team Pass you call the essentials: scores, cards, subs, rotations and undo. Team Callout ($49.99 per team, per season, bought in the app) and every club plan add the full stat set your sport records. Does Kickd Callout work on the phone mic, or do I need a headset?
Both. On the phone or tablet mic you tap the mic to listen and tap again to stop, so nobody nearby logs a stat by accident — the way to try Callout and fine for training. For match day any Bluetooth headset with a boom mic is the setup — the boom matters, not the brand: in our own test under crowd noise a boom mic caught 39 of 40 calls, earbuds without a boom 30, and the phone mic 27. In the quiet all three caught 39 or 40.
