Request Data Deletion

If you would like to remove your child's information from a team within the Kickd app, please follow these steps:

1. Speak to your child's coach directly, or
2. Email your child's coach and request that they remove your child from the team within the app

Once the coach removes your child from the team, all associated team data for that child will be removed.

If you are a parent or supporter and would like to delete your login credentials and personal information from Kickd, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to hello@kickd.au
2. Include the email address associated with your Kickd account
3. Request that your personal information be deleted

We will process your request and delete your personal data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

When your account is deleted, the following data will be removed:

• Your email address and login credentials
• Your account preferences and notification settings
• Any child profiles you have created (within 30 days)
• Your voting history and activity data

Some anonymised game and match data may be retained for platform statistics as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
